• Do the showers have water efficient Rated Showerheads (maximum 9L/Min) or standard 18 to 25L/Min showerheads?
• Do members of your household prefer baths, which use more hot water? Is it an oversized bath or spa, which requires even more hot water?
• Do you use hot or warm water in your washing machine
• Do you have a dishwasher, and is it connected to the hot water?
